mr norms has triplets thats what Hot Rod magazine said about our 3 different models of the 97 dodge truck modifications done by Mr Norms group in which the bell super charger was featured on the 440 engine as standard equipment and Mr Norm says today; it was the best performance pkg ever installed by any group that I had the pleasure of working withi in the last 50 years

we then moved the wheel base and took it as far as we couldThe rest is history We then purchased the 65 lite weight car from Roger Lindermood ,took his engine and trans out and installed our engine and transmission in the car which made history on the west coasr later that year at Lyons Dragway,turning a 8:63 and made the front page of the Los Angeles Times

Early in 65 Don Garlits built this funny car to compete with the other funnies ,This picture was taken at a match race at US30 between Don Garlits and the Mr Norm Super Charger,it was a great day at US30 that Sunday to see two of the top mopars compete with one another ,which brought the Mopar fans from all over the midwest to see and talk to the teams.
that was a race at US30 against arnie somethin or other in a animal car they called a tiger ,I waited till arnie was suited up and in his car ready to run in which time I still didnt come out made him wait at the line a little longer till he got frustated and got back out of his car at that time I pulled out with my minny Aspen ,. as it was set up with the flag man to wait for me and when I got to the line give me a quick flag and off I went ,set a track record of 22 seconds and won the race It was all done in fun and Arnie was a good sport as he always was and is .
a hawaiin display we rented for the new car openings to give the show room a warm look in the winter months in which all the people coming in to see the new cars were offered a lay (flower that is)

This is a rare picture taken in 1965 at rockford drag way at the dragways first night time race, note the search lite one was on the left and one was on the right.we raced arnie somethin or other in a GTO,the Buchinghams were there singing for MR Norm and after the race everyone went to a beach we rented aways down the road ,it was a nite to remember for it was a Mr Norms special event evening beside the races

This was a add in 1965 that GSD advertised due to some tracks advertising us at there tracks while we were booked in at other tracks.

we picked the car up and still had the injectors on,we took it the shop that nite and changed the equipment to the blower which Gary put the car in the 8 second bracket
